What is AI process automation?
It means chaining the repetitive tasks in your company so they run on their own, using AI at the points where something has to be understood — a document, an email, a phone call. A typical flow reads what comes in, validates it against your systems, performs the action, and leaves only the judgement calls to a person.
Do I have to change the software I use?
No. We start from your current tools and connect to them. We only suggest changing something when there is a clear reason, and we explain it.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Every automation has human review points and control rules. Anything that fails them does not go through: it reaches a person with the full context to decide.
What happens to my data?
We use only the data that is needed, with permission-based access and GDPR-compliant providers. You get it in writing: what data is processed, where it is stored and who can see it.
How much does it cost to automate a process?
It depends on the process. We work with an initial rollout plus monthly maintenance, with AI usage billed separately at cost. After the diagnosis you get a written proposal with the scope and the price, before anything starts.
How long until it is running?
The timeline is in the proposal. We start with a tightly scoped pilot on a single process so you see the result early and decide how to continue.
Do you work with small companies?
Yes. Most of our projects start in companies of 5 to 100 people, with one specific process. If the process has volume and clear rules, company size is not the deciding factor.
Where do you work?
We are based in Barcelona and work mostly with companies in Catalonia, in person when the project calls for it. The rest of the work is remote, so we also support projects across Spain and in English.
