What data we process and why

When you submit the contact form we process the data you provide: name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, the process you are interested in, and whatever you tell us about how it works today. We use it to reply, arrange a first conversation and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal.

The submission is processed on our server and forwarded to us by email at [email protected]. Alongside the message we record the time it was received and the country it was sent from, in order to detect abuse. We do not use your data to send you advertising and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.

Protection against automated submissions

The form is protected with Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes people from automated programs without using tracking cookies or building an advertising profile. To do so, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical browser data for as long as the verification requires. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Legal basis

Pre-contractual steps taken at your request and your consent when submitting the form (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). For the form's anti-abuse protection, our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation or the commercial relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required by law. If we do not end up working together, we delete your data once it is no longer needed to reply to you.

Who we share it with

We do not pass your data to third parties except where legally required. The providers that serve us process it on our behalf and with the guarantees the GDPR requires: website hosting and form protection (Cloudflare) and the email sending and receiving service.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, rectification of or erasure of your data, as well as restriction of or objection to its processing and its portability, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical storage in your browser for the sole purpose of the security check. The hosting provider logs technical data, such as the IP address, to protect the site against attacks.
