What data we process and why
When you submit the contact form we process the data you provide: name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, the service you are interested in, and whatever you tell us about your project. We use it to reply, arrange a first conversation and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. For platform requests we also process the role, number of employees and expected users, work environment, infrastructure, AI currently in use and the challenge you describe.
The submission is processed on our server and forwarded to us by email at [email protected]. Alongside the message we record the time it was received and the country it was sent from, in order to detect abuse. We do not use your data to send you advertising and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
Booking a call
Our booking page embeds Calendly. When you book, Calendly processes the name, email address, selected date and time, and any other information you enter in the booking form to arrange the meeting and send its confirmation. See Calendly's privacy notice.
Protection against automated submissions
The form is protected with Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes people from automated programs without using tracking cookies or building an advertising profile. To do so, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical browser data for as long as the verification requires. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps taken at your request and your consent when submitting the form (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). For the form's anti-abuse protection, our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation or the commercial relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required by law. If we do not end up working together, we delete your data once it is no longer needed to reply to you.
Who we share it with
We do not pass your data to third parties except where legally required. The providers that serve us process it on our behalf and with the guarantees the GDPR requires: website hosting and form protection (Cloudflare) and the email sending and receiving service. Call scheduling is provided through Calendly.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, rectification of or erasure of your data, as well as restriction of or objection to its processing and its portability, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
Our own website analytics use no cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical storage in your browser for the sole purpose of the security check. The hosting provider logs technical data, such as the IP address, to protect the site against attacks.
The embedded Calendly calendar uses its own cookies and displays its own consent banner. You can reject optional cookies or manage your preferences using the calendar's Cookie settings control.
