Klarvai started from a simple observation: most companies do not lack technology, they lack technology that fits how they work. We set out to apply AI where it genuinely accelerates processes and automates tasks, and to build the control layer that lets organisations adopt it with confidence.
Today we work on two fronts. Klarvai Services designs and delivers artificial intelligence, digital transformation, professional services and digital solutions. The Klarvai AI Governance Platform keeps every model, dataset and agent under the rules of the organisation that uses it.
We are based in Barcelona and work with companies across Europe: on-site when the project calls for it, remotely the rest of the time.

One school, one connected system.
ACM City is a dance school that needed to run enrolments, classes and communication from one place instead of scattered spreadsheets, chats and forms. We built the pieces as a single system.
What we built
- Mobile app
- Students and families check schedules, book classes and receive notifications from their phone.
- Custom CRM
- Enrolments, groups, attendance and payments managed by the school team, with a data model built around how the school runs.
- Website
- A landing site that presents the school, its programmes and enrolment, feeding leads straight into the CRM.
- AI chatbot
- An assistant that answers questions about schedules, prices and enrolment around the clock, and hands over to a person when needed.
How the pieces connect
The CRM is the source of truth. The app and the website read from it, the chatbot answers from it, and every enrolment, booking or lead ends up in the same place, with a person reviewing what matters.
